Refunds, Terms and Conditions

Speed Alliance Disclaimer
This page outlines all the terms and conditions of Speed Alliance. We put 100% into our customer service. However, there are some policies that must be enforced in order for us to continue our operations. 
 
 
Condition of Sale
All purchases made at Speed Alliance are final or is at the discretion of Speed Alliance on certain customer service issues. We will work with all our customers to make sure your experience with Speed Alliance is a great one. There is a 30% restocking fee for all returned orders. 
 
All items purchased from Speed Alliance will be shipped out in 1-2 days (if item is in stock). Any items that are not in stock will be shipped when it arrives at our warehouse. All items that are not picked up or shipped out within 30 calendar days after product has arrived to our facilities will be forfeited to Speed Alliance. (Meaning we keep your product if you do not pick it up within 30 days, or you decide to delay shipping of the item for more than 30 days due to non-payment. You will also forfeit any down payment on products.) 
 
Shipping rates only apply to the 48 states. Customers from Hawaii, Alaska, and International shipments will be notified promptly as order is processed. Speed Alliance will only ship products to customer's billing address if using a credit card. We will ship anywhere if you pay by money order or cashier's check. 
 
Not all Speed Alliance products on our online shop are in stock. Products ordered online that are not in stock are known as “Special Orders”. You will be notified after ordering if your item is in stock or will need to be special ordered. Special Orders take an estimate of 60-90 days for delivery. Keep in mind that this is only an estimate and may take up to 180 days or more due to customs clearance issues or delay of manufacturing. Speed Alliance will always give updates to such cases. Customer Service is our main priority. We can only do our best to keep you updated, but cannot control manufacturing issues or overseas freight issues. 
 
 
Returns
Speed Alliance will not accept any returns on any products. The only exception is the return of products that we order and/or ship in error. Please call for further details on requesting RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers. No package will be accepted without an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box. 
 
 
Accepting Delivered Items
Speed Alliance is not responsible for any items that leave our warehouse facility once it is packed and picked up by our delivery service (UPS/FedEx/Freight Carrier/etc.). All packages must be inspected and accepted if everything arrives in satisfactory condition. All items that leave Speed Alliance are brand new unless otherwise noted. 
 
If you receive damaged items due to mishandling from the shipping company, please call the shipping company immediately and make a damaged goods claim. All packages are provided with insurance free of charge. 
 
 
Fitment of Body Kits
All body kits should be installed by a professional. It may be possible that the front crash bar needs to be altered or removed for perfect fitment. In such cases, these body kits are made for show and off-road use only. Speed Alliance is not responsible for any damages and or injuries from such use.
